Remedies to get rid of abdominal pain or stomach ache may differ from one person to the other because of genetic make-up variation.

Understanding the basic factors that caused it will  play a  larger role in getting rid of it.Some  factors that  are the common or main causes of abdominal pains may include ulcer ,excessive intake of alcohols, diseases of the thyroid glands, overfeeding , small intestine bacterial growth , depression, dehydration, indigestion etc.
The intention for this article is to give you some home or natural remedies to get rid of abdominal pains or stomach ache.These remedies include;

RICE WATER

Rice water is the water that is left-over after cooking rice,It acts a soothing agent which   helps to relieve the lining of the digestive system from inflammation.

Method
Cook about a half cup of rice with about 2-3 cups of  water till the rice becomes tender and soft ,bring it down from heat,then drain  the water and add a little honey if there is any ,but if there is none drink it like that while it’s warm.

LEMON WATER

This alternative works especially for abdominal pains being caused by indigestion,Lemon’s high acidity will help to stimulate the production of hydrochloric acid, which aids to break down indigested food.

Method
Mix  a fresh lemon juice with warm water and drink.

SALTWATER

Salt water  helps in stimulating fecal matter associated with detoxification.Drink this solution when experiencing abdominal pains and see its result.
Don’t take salt water if you are a patient of hypertension or blood pressure.

GINGER

Ginger is made up of  natural chemicals like gingerols and shogaols,these two chemicals help to soothe the muscles at the intestinal lining which helps to stop abdominal ache or pains.

Method
Slice  a 2-3 inch of ginger root into small  pieces and boil with water,remove it from heat after 5-7 minutes  and drink.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Apple  Cider  vinegar helps to cleanse internal body system,enhances the  digestion and absorption of nutrients which helps to treat abdominal or stomach ache.

Method
Add 3-4 teaspoons of apple cidar vinegar to a glass of warm water and drink before meal.
